Spay/Neuter Assistance Program

Our Spay/Neuter Assistance Program assists low-income residents of Pinal County only. Qualification is required via one of the following methods:

      1. By providing proof of current enrollment in a State or Federal assistance program – i.e., WIC, AHCCCS, Food Stamps, SSDI, Medicaid, or Unemployment
      2. By income level. To qualify via this method, you must have an annual household income (before taxes) that is below the following amounts.

*For households with more than eight people, add $5,824 per additional person. Always check with the appropriate managing agency to ensure the most accurate guidelines.

PROOF via either method must accompany your Application for Assistance. For low income, enclose a copy (first page only) of last year’s Federal tax return of each adult in your household. If you did not file taxes or your income has decreased since your last tax return, enclose a note of explanation and best proof of income (W-2s, pay stubs, etc.). Please mark through any sensitive information, such as social security numbers, on all documents before submitting.
