Love your pet..... spay/neuter
Pet Food Bank has been suspended until further notice
Our Spay/Neuter Assistance Program provides assistance to low-income residents of Pinal County only. Our funds and pet food supply are limited, so it is important that we serve those who are most in need. Therefore, qualification is required via one of the following methods:
|Household Size*||Annual Household Income Limits (before taxes)|
*For households with more than eight people, add $5,824 per additional person. Always check with the appropriate managing agency to ensure the most accurate guidelines.
PROOF via either method must accompany your Application for Assistance. For low income, enclose a copy (first page only) of last year's Federal tax return of each adult in your household. If you did not file taxes or your income has decreased since your last tax return, enclose note of explanation and best proof of income (W-2's, pay stubs, etc.). Please mark through any sensitive information, such as social security numbers, on all documents prior to submitting.
If you feel you qualify, please fill out or Application for Assistance
